• Email/password sign-in: make sure you have verified your email. If you didn’t receive a verification link, check your spam folder, then tap Resend verification on the sign-in screen.
• Google or Apple sign-in: make sure you’re using the same Google account or Apple ID across devices. If sign-in fails repeatedly, sign out of Google or Apple on your device, then try again.
• Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link.

When you first open the app you’ll be asked to pick a curriculum (BGCSE or IGCSE) and a subject. Your current form (Form 4 or Form 5) is saved separately as your student level and can be changed from Profile settings. Picking the right subject ensures the tutor’s answers are grounded in the correct syllabus.

From a chat, tap the sparkles icon in the top right to open the Learning Tools menu. You can generate:

• Quizzes and mock tests with marking
• Flashcards for fast revision
• Mind maps that visualise a topic
• Revision cheatsheets covering the whole syllabus
• Lab practicals with simulations
• Mock exam papers (Premium)

Everything you generate is saved in your Library. Tap the menu icon (top left) to open it.

We offer Standard and Premium subscriptions, billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android.

• Standard: More tutor messages, lessons, uploads, quizzes, flashcards, practice tests, and revision cheatsheets. Limits apply.
• Premium: Expanded messages, uploads, more generated study content, voice sessions, and priority support. Limits apply.

To subscribe, open Profile → Subscription and choose a plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple App Store subscription settings on iOS or Google Play subscription settings on Android. Current prices are on the pricing section.

Open Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases. If you subscribed on a different device, sign in with the same store account used for purchase first. If it still doesn’t work, email us with your purchase receipt and we’ll fix it manually.

Cancellations are handled by your app store, not by us. Open your Apple App Store subscription settings on iOS or Google Play subscription settings on Android, select MatLearn, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Open Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the app store where you purchased it first to avoid being charged for the next period. If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

• Make sure you’re on the latest version from your device’s app store.
• Force-quit and relaunch the app.
• If the problem persists, email us with: your device model, operating-system version, and a description of what you were doing when it crashed.
